REAL MADRID OFFICIALLY CALLS OFF BALE’S MOVE TO CHINA
Gareth Bale looked close to ending his nightmare spell at Real Madrid but the deal fell through at the last moment after Real Madrid decided to cancel the 30years old player move to Chinese Super League side, meaning he will have to stay put at Real Madrid for now.
The Wales star Bale has helped bring considerable success to Real since signing from Tottenham in 2013, playing a part in four Champions League wins, the Welshman also helped Los Blancos to win a La Liga title, a Spanish Super Cup, three UEFA Super Cups and also four Club World Cups; but Bale has been frozen out by Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane due to what seems a bad relationship between both them.
Bale, who was almost on the verge of completing a move to the Chinese side Jiangsu Suning on a world-record £1m-a-week but the hopes of the Welshman was dashed because Madrid president Florentino Perez wasn’t prepared to allow the superstar to leave for a fee described as ‘nominal’, he is hoping to attract a transfer fee for Bale rather than lose him for nothing.
Gareth Bale is reportedly 'furious' with Real Madrid after the expected three-year deal worth plus a reported £1million a week wages move being cancelled. However, Bale has scored 102 goals in 231 games for Spanish heavyweights Real Madrid since leaving White Hart Lane six years ago.
Bale currently earns a staggering £650,000-a-week with Madrid. However, It is not clear why Real would want to keep the Wales international, who fell out of favors with the club in the last couple of seasons after problems with fitness and form.
The future of Bale moving to any other clubs soon may seems glommy as most earlier interested clubs like Liverpool, Manchester couldn’t come to the terms of paying his exorbitant wages.
