The Top 10 Worst Premier League Kits featuring Cowardly Custard Yellow

in #sportstalk5 years ago (edited)

Liverpool began the 2014-15 season horrifically, just one season after finishing runners up to Manchester City by two points. They accumulated only 26 points from a possible 57 to equal their worst league start in 50 years. They recovered to finish sixth but missed out on Champions League qualification. This was Steven Gerrard’s last year at the club after 17-years at Anfield finishing the year as their top goals scorer with 9 in the league and 13 in total. The worst thing about Liverpool in this season … their away kit.

Fitted by American sportswear fitter Warrior, the kit was bright yellow with red accents . It was Liverpool’s first yellow kit for the club since the 2006-07 season paying homage to Liverpool’s kit worn between 1982-84 in which they have won three titles in a row.

After just one year the bright yellow was scrapped. The coward’s custard may have been designed by those on an acid trip but is it the Premier League’s worst? Lets see where it ranks as we take a look at 10 of the worst jerseys in Premier League history:
