Willian: Mourinho Wants to Take Me to MU

Willian heated up the issue around his future at Chelsea with his desire to be coached by Jose Mourinho. Want to join Manchester United?

Willian's future is indeed the talk of this transfer market. Although said to focus on Chelsea, after going through an unpleasant season with Antonio Conte, Willian seemed to have not closed the doors of meetings for other clubs.

Willian was not without interest because Barcelona had offered him twice but all were rejected by the Blues. Rumors surrounding Willian's career still seem to be running out and getting warmer ahead of the closing of the transfer market in the UK on August 9th.

This is after Willian's statement that he claims he wants to return to cooperate with Mourinho like at Chelsea. Moreover, the relationship between the two figures is fairly fine, while the new manager, Blue Maurizio Sarri, had a chance to quip Willian who was late after the holidays.

"He (Mourinho) is the best manager who has worked with me. We have a good relationship, we are friends. Sometimes we talk, exchange messages, send Whatsapp to each other," Mourinho told ESPN Brazil.

"He is truly a great manager and I enjoy working with him. I hope to be able to work again with him someday," he continued.

When asked whether MU showed interest or tried to negotiate. Willian makes an interesting answer as below.

"Yes, yes, yes. I don't know whether there is an official offer (from MU). But, some things did happen. Plus everything that will appear on the internet. However, what I can make sure Mourinho talks with my agent at any time. He said: take him, take him (to MU), "closed the Brazilian passport player.
