I AM MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MANCHESTER CITY - GUARDIOLA

The former Barcelona coach who left Bayern Munich to manage Manchester City, Pep Guardiola in his pre match interview ahead the Wednesday match against Liverpool in New York said he pays no attention to whatever any club is spending and how they are spending it as his only objective is to compete with the contenders and be able to defend the title.

Liverpool have really been occupied in the transfer market this window with a number of players joining The Reds including Xherdan Shapiri, Fabinho, Alisson, Naby Keita and Thomas Lemar.

Yet, Guardiola when asked if City would add more players after the signing of Riyad Mahrez, said he does what he feels is right and required irrespective of what other clubs are doing.

He added that it does not matter how many players his challengers are adding, he remains unbothered.
