In October 2025, China exported 9.782 million tons of steel, a decrease of 683,000 tons from the previous month and a month-on-month decrease of 6.5%. From January to October, China exported a total of 97.737 million tons of steel, a year-on-year increase of 6.6%.
In October, China imported 503,000 tons of steel, a decrease of 45,000 tons from the previous month, and a month-on-month decrease of 8.2%; from January to October, China imported a total of 5.041 million tons of steel, a year-on-year decrease of 11.9%. - Rare earth
In October 2025, China exported 4,343.5 tons of rare earths; from January to October, the cumulative exports of rare earths were 52,699.2 tons, a year-on-year increase of 10.5%.
In October, China imported 6,991.0 tons of rare earths; from January to October, China imported a total of 85,890.3 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 23.3%. - Cars
