The Diary Game: Attending A Friend's Wedding (10/01/2026)

It's a marriage ceremony spree everywhere and my very good friend got married on Saturday. I was so happy for him, though we haven't been closed of late but still, I was so happy for him seeing that he has undergone the marital journey. God is great. When I went there, they were doing their vow thing.

The pastor that officiated their wedding was the one that blessed their marriage. This was the moment that I almost shed tears because I remember the day I went through this path but then, I still thanked God for them. When they were blessed, they went on their feet.

When they finished, I went round to go and take pictures and here was the picture of the little groom and bride. I know a story of married couples who were once little groom and bride and now they are happily married with kids, that is why I was maybe thinking they might end up like this.

After that, the were asked to go out and take pictures with friends, family members and well wishers. They looked stunning even with the Asoebi girls. I admired their colour combination. I don't know who gave them this idea but it's beautiful.

When the wedding ceremony ended, I went to the market to buy foodstuffs to take us throughout the weekend. So I went to the market and bought few foodstuffs I will be needing to prepare food. When I finished buying the foodstuffs, I went to where my daughter was and took her back home.

As we got back to the house, I sat down to rest and then my daughter took a picture of me. I think I was too prepared for the picture that was why it was like I was still in the barracks. After that, I went inside and prepared rice then brought it out for us to eat.

When we finished eating, I went inside and began to arrange it, I bathed and went inside to go and read. I was still reading when I fell asleep and then I went to my room to sleep.
