The Diary Game: Buying Fruits, Going To Work And Eating Porridge (09/12/2025)

Very early today, I went to the fruit mart to go buy some fruits. I really needed it to make perfait and also to eat it like that. When I got there, I choose banana, apple and watermelon. When I got them, I paid and went back to my house. It was when I got to the house that I washed all of them and put them in the fridge.

When I did that, I took my bath after I was done doing the chores. When I took my bath, I removed the watermelon and cut it into smaller pieces then I began to eat it. My daughter wasn't home, my friend had taken her to her place to go stay with her and change her environment. I was at home alone today.

Though I missed her but I know it was for her own good so I allowed her be then I went to work. When I got to my shop, I removed my sign post and dropped it outside then I arranged the shop and swept it before I took out the two cylinders that the gas had finished and went to refill them.

When my daughter called me in the afternoon, she asked me if I could send money to aunty to buy yam so that she can come and cook porridge yam in the evening, I knew she was a mouthpiece to someone so I told her ofcourse, I will do that and when she dropped the call, I transferred the money to my friend's account before I continued doing what I was doing.

When I came back from refilling my cylinder, I took then inside and I was tired after carrying the big cylinders inside myself. So I came outside and stood so that the air will touch me and dry up the Sweat I came out with. After staying there for some time, I left to attend to my customer that came to do transaction with me then I filled gas for someone.

In the evening, it was time to go back home and when I closed the shop and went back to the house, I heard some noise coming out from my house, that was when I knew my daughter was back and also with my friend. I dropped the bag I carried at the parlour and I went to the kitchen and met them trying to cook something.

They were both helping themselves when I left to go fetch water so that it will be enough for us to use. When I came back, I sat at the parlour to watch the television, then they brought porridge yam, the aroma alone was superb. I began to eat it, I asked for second plate because it was really tasty.

When I finished eating, I appreciated them for cooking something as special as that. Then after that, I went and had my bath before going to see my neighbour. We talked and then I came back to the house to my family.
