Our day started positively with a brief morning devotion that set the stage for a productive and impactful session, allowing us to reflect on gratitude and purpose before we got to work. After the devotion, one of my colleagues presented an informative talk about how diet plays a crucial role in managing heart health. The patients were highly engaged and eager to learn, asking insightful questions about meal planning, reducing salt intake, and adding more heart-healthy foods to their diets. Their enthusiasm made the session vibrant, interactive, and truly rewarding.

Following the group discussion, we moved on to personalized counseling for each patient.
