The Dairy Game: Attending First Service In Church And Killing Chicken For Pepper Soup Rice (22-2-2026)

Hi guys, good morning, afternoon, and evening, it all depends the time you are reading my post. Happy Sunday to you all, I believe you guys are doing good glory be to God Almighty for a successful week. It's me idara etim knowing @darlindara on this amazing platform. I'm truly blessed and lucky to be part of this wonderful platform called steemit. Being here means a lot to me because it gives me opportunity to share my daily life experiences and every little thing that make life meaningful. I believe this platform as connect people, support creativity, and encourage honestly it a blessing . I'm greatful to be among inspiring and hardworking.

Myself

So when I woke up this morning being Sunday I always attend first service so that I will come back in time and prepare again for work. So I quickly wake my sister up, knowing that there was no left over food, so I told my sister to kill one chicken and parboiled it, so that when we come back from church we cook pepper soup rice and eat . She said ok and I left her, I quickly enter my bathroom , brushed my teeth , take my bath prepare and left for church.

When I got to the church, by 6 30 a.m , I drop my bag on my seat and our choir director other us to go out for prayer, because we always gather every Sunday to pray before service start. So we pray for back up, the solowist, choir ministration and the all the pastor's for the guidance of the holy spirit.so we pray like 30 minutes and the main service commence. There's something special about the first service, the church will be filled with many people who are eager to seek the face of God. The praise and worship section was so powerful, people were dancing, clapping and rejoicing, choir ministration was wonderful and spirit filled. The message was inspiring and encouraging . The pastor spoke a words that touched my heart deeply and stay in faith no matter the challenges hearing God's word always gives me strength and direction, it's help me to focus and renew my spirit. Being in the presence of God is a blessing I do not take it for granted. I'm so greatful for the opportunity to be in church and grow spiritually everyday.
