I began my Thursday early, filled with gratitude to God for life and the chance to work. As usual, I got ready and headed directly to my factory for cape stones and interlocking stones. Walking into the factory brings me a deep sense of fulfillment, as it embodies not just a business, but a vision cultivated with patience, effort, and faith. Upon arrival, my initial task was to review the production completed that morning. I meticulously checked the finished interlocking stones and cape stones for strength, alignment, finishing, and overall quality. For me, this inspection is more than just a routine; it’s a responsibility. I am determined that everything leaving our factory should withstand the test of time, weather, and use. It filled me with joy to see the neatly organized products, knowing that the team had dedicated their best efforts beforehand. Following my inspection of the finished products, I turned my attention to the ongoing manufacturing processes. The sounds of the machines, focused workers, and molds being filled and emptied created an energetic and productive environment. I took the time to oversee each phase—mixing of materials, molding, vibrating, and curing—making necessary corrections and encouraging the workers to maintain precision and consistency. It was a truly engaging day, ensuring we upheld our standards and kept productivity on track.
