THE DIARY GAME: 23RD JUNE, 2026 | Finding Strength After a Tough Day
Hi people, it's me again, and I'm back like I never left.Yesterday I wasn't able to post because I was really down.Everything that happened with my brother and the phone theft was weighing heavily on me and my family. Even though he came back home safely, the whole situation affected everybody. I didn't go to church, I didn't go to work, and honestly, I just stayed at home throughout the day trying to process everything.
Today, I woke up feeling very weak.I was actually considering taking another day off from work because my body and mind were still tired. But after thinking about it for a while, I decided to push myself and go.
With the little strength I had, I swept the house and got ready for work.I took a bike to my junction and then entered a car heading to work.
Getting there, I was the first person to arrive as usual. So I started the cleaning.I mopped and arranged things before my colleague arrived and helped with the remaining work.
Today, I made a decision not to stress myself.I didn't create any content.I didn't take any pictures.I didn't even think about vlogging.I just wanted a quiet day.
Most of the day, I stayed on my own and took things slowly.
My colleagues kept asking why I didn't come to work yesterday, so I had to explain everything that happened with my brother.
One funny thing that happened today was that my colleague bought sweets and candies. There were about twenty of them.
But before I could even enjoy them, everyone started saying, Give me, give me, give me. In the end, I only got to eat one.
Before I knew it, it was time to close for the day.I headed home hoping the evening would be peaceful.
But when I got home, I found out my brother wasn't feeling well.My mom had already rushed him to the hospital.Thankfully, by the time they came back, he was feeling much better.
That honestly gave me some relief because we've already had enough stress these past few days.So that was pretty much how my day went.
Not the most exciting day, but I'm grateful we all made it through and that my brother is doing better.
