HOW I STEPPED OUT OF MY DAILY ROUTINE TO EXPLORE SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Today I decided to go out of my daily routine which is going to work in the morning and and coming back home by 5: o'clock in the evening. But today I decided to do something different from that. On getting to work this morning, I tidy up my work place, I removed the instrument I used the day before from the autoclave. So after everywhere has been cleaned up, I just on my phone chatting and listening to music and as the day goes by, I felt kind of bored and at this time it was around noon.
Then I put a call through to my uncle who has been disturbing me to come visit him and God so good😊he was in the store. He actually runs a cocoa business so I set out for his place.

On getting there, I greeted him and he introduced me to almost every one around. So after the greetings and introduction, He offered me something to eat which I took and then sat down and I was observing the environment.
I noticed they already spread lots of cocoa outside and the backyard of the store so I was just observing and asking some questions.

So after sometimes his boys went to scatter the cocoa so as to dry well and faster because this period is raining season and cocoa needs to be properly monitored to avoid spoiling. According to the cocoa farmers, they said cocoa produce has a high tendency of spoiling if not properly monitored while drying it because the rain might not announce before raining. So the boys were always active in checking from time to time. Then I asked how he was able to get all the cocoa without having to move around, he said some people always go to the neighboring villages to buy the cocoa and then, they come to resell it to him because he always sell in large quantity.

As time goes by, the boys started packing the cocoa inside the bag and you won't believe the cocoa that looks few on the floor, one of it actually field about 15bags and he mentioned how lucrative the business is and hope to venture into it someday by God's grace.

And just before I left there, a Dyna came in to load some of the cocoa just after they had negotiate price. It was really a good idea coming here today because I get learn some stuff about cocoa business. I was fulfilled for today then I went back to my office to close for the day.
