The Dairy Game: [ 25/06/2026] Working in the kitchen and the foods that I made.

Today, I woke up very energetic. I guess because I slept quite early last night. I did my usual morning routines, which includes; saying my prayers to God Almighty for another day. Head to the bathroom to brush my teeth, took my bath and went to work.

The first meal in my menu was Yam porridge. I started by pealing my yams and washing it

I put it on the fire, and added the necessary ingredients like, pepper, onions, Maggi, salt, Crayfish and red oil.
When it was ready, I added my vegetables leaf for garnishing and I served it.

I had my breakfast of Yam and eggs sauce made by my colleague as seen in the picture below.

I quickly processed to the next item which is Ofada sauce. I started by selecting my green peppers and cutting my onions. I took it down to wash it

After washing it very well in other to remove the dirt properly. I carried it to the grounding machine

This was me when I was grounding it.
After the grounding process. I started the cooking preparation by first bleaching my red oil.
I added my locust beans and every other necessary ingredients and allowed it to cook.

I finished cooking and served it as well..

Not quiet long after I finish, I sat down to eat lunch. I did my prepping for the next day and I sign out of work for the day.
