The Diary Game: 9th September, 2026.Wednesday Crush Women: From Spaghetti Mornings to Midnight Pot Dips.

Good morning, Wednesday crush women. It’s still me @macinova. Welcome to my mid-week diary. Morning by 7:30 AM, I started the day with spaghetti. Not just any spaghetti o. This was the "I need strength for this week" kind. Hot, peppery, with a fried egg on top and that last piece of chicken from Sunday. There’s something about twirling spaghetti on a Wednesday morning that feels like a small win. It’s comfort, it’s energy, it’s "let’s go conquer the day." I ate slowly, scrolled through my phone, and reminded myself: one day at a time.

Midday around 1:00 PM. Later I went outside to buy corn because I was very hungry. Could you imagine all dressed up just to buy corn. Chai! Cravings in another level. Wednesday markets in Port Harcourt are a vibe. Loud, busy, full of life. The smell of roasted corn hit me from two streets away. I followed it like a detective. Found mama at her corner, roasting corn and peeling it with that quick hand motion we all know. "I quickly ask her for uncooked corn because I don't eat roasted for now base on my toothache. I got home, I put it inside pot and cooked it until it became very soft for easy passage from the teeth and mouth. Wow! That's the kind of hunger I met today. Sometimes you don’t need a restaurant. You just need corn, sun, and the noise of the market.

*Night: 9:00PM - The Midnight Pot Dip. By night, I thought I was done eating. Then I opened the pot. I ate the remaining spaghetti from the pot. Cold, stuck together, but still tasting like morning. We all have that pot in the fridge we keep going back to Standing in the kitchen, no plate, just fork and pot. It wasn’t fancy. It was real. It was me, my hunger, and no judgment. I quickly warm it and eat it up sharp sharp directly from the pot, because hunger isn't anybody's mate. Wednesday crush women, we don’t always eat perfect. We eat what keeps us Goodnight family
