Fulani Settlement - Photography

A couple of years ago, I visited a friend in his village where he was preparing for farming as the rain had started and farming period is approaching.

While we were on our way to see the farm, I stumbled upon these locally built houses with raffia palm. The herdsmen who are cattle rearers and their families are the dwellers of the place. It's a simple structure but could be strong to withstand wind and heavy rainfall.
