The diary game 28/02/2022...Ghost town monday
Greetings everyone
Today is the last day of the month of February and I’m wishing everyone a happy new month in advance. We pray that may the almighty make this new month a blessed one for us all.
I woke up this morning at 5:30a.m I prayed and made up my bed, it was a ghost town day and I wasn’t going to work so I laid back in bed and slept off. I slept again for about 2 hours and I woke up at 8a.m. At this time my sister and her husband where already awake I quickly did the house chores while my sister made breakfast. She fried Irish potatoes and egg for breakfast.

In about 30 minutes time we were done having breakfast, I washed the dishes and we sad together in the sitting room discussing them my sister asked what she’d cook and I suggested that she should cook beans. We’ll accepted the idea of beans then my sister asked me to go and select the beans so that we can start boiling it early. I did that and put the beans on the three stone fired side at the backyard while my sister made the spice girl the beans. I joint my sister inside to make the spice but then I remembered that I had a few dirty clothes and I had to do some laundry. I went inside and began doing the laundry in 25 minutes time I went outside to dry the clothes I had washed, I saw our neighbor was trying to burn dirt and he’s son who was about 10 years old stood by him playing with the fire from the dirt. He shouted at the son and told him to go back inside the house. The son left the fire, and when the coast was clear he came back to continue playing with the fire🤦🏼 I don’t know what happened during when he was outside we only heard a loud voice shouting and crying about 10 minutes after we left outside. The kid touched a burning paper and then tried to throw it away but unfortunately for him it rather landed in his neck😢 and gave him a large fire burn. What a pity, we tried to give some first aid mixed mud with water and applied on it before his father could rush him to the hospital. His mum later told us that this kid is to write his exam the coming week, what a pity.
The beans was ready so I dished some of it to eat with bread.
Our neighbor came back from the hospital with the kid, the burn had been dressed and the pain subsided.
After which I watched a movie together with my sister and her husband till it’s was dark.
We performed our evening prayers then sad discussing in the sitting room while I replied to my messages on whatsapp. That was how my day went.
