The Diary Game: A Day Running Errands for my Girl Friend who's in Lagos//[ 17th November,2025]//

Love is sacrifice, love is rendering help to someone who's in need. Love equally can be shown by actions not verbal pronouncement, love is bearing one another's burden has Jesus Christ did it for all us, He died while we were yet sinner to redeem us from our trespasses.

On Sunday after church I had a call from my friend who's in Lagos,we spoke at length till a point she requested for my help and I joking said if is within my reach that I will help out and she said alright and here's her request "my colleague travel down to Uyo to write his State exams pls can you send Afang leave (Gnetum Africanum), snail, palm oil, dry fish, periwinkles for me," I was short of words because I already planned how my monday will be, my intention on monday was to visit the salon and retouch my hair, I breath for sometimes before accepting to run the errands for her.

Here's when I was about going to the market to buy other things she requested for while carrying the Gnetum Africanum in that bag with me

Early morning I woke just like every other day around 6am, I started my day while having my usual morning prayer before embarking on any other chores. So, since I agreed to run errands for my friend and the Afang she demanded for, I have to plug it from the farm, I entered the farm that morning plug a sizable quantity because she already told me to give her plenty so that she will be able to share it with her follow colleague staying with her in the same lodge after cooking.

In the afternoon, after I was done plugging and wrapping the Afang leave, I had shower and dressed up about to hitting the road to market to buy the remaining things she asked for, she had send me a list and some cash that will help foot the other bills

So, I went to market bought everything and ready to call the person who will collect it from me to her

So, after everything, I reached out to the guy, although he gave me though time but I was able to scale through that's genuine love.

Getting back home it was evening already, feeling very tired and exhausted because I haven't eaten since morning but I was lucky to have my brother prepared porridge plantain and I ate as if I was chase.

After eating, I freshen up again and rested for the day feeling satisfied and fulfilled.

That was how my day went, errands achieved.
