The Diary Game: A Day Visiting Family Friend Gifting Plantain//30th October , 2025//

Each day unfold with an opportunity to embark on an adventure, it was not on my list for this particular adventure but I decided to stand in for by brother because he was actually very busy with his personal job. "There's a saying that one good turn deserves another", early this year, probably around August my father was hospitalized and these particular family came visiting with a surprise package for my dad and my dad promise to reciprocate immediately he his strong.

So, on Monday my dad's big bunch of plantain was ready for harvest and he decided to give out to the family friend, he harvest and told my brother to take it to them anytime he his chances but my brother got so busy from monday and the plantain had started getting ripped , so I decided to step in and help out, although have not been to their house.

On Thursday morning, that was yesterday I told my brother that I will like to deliver the plantain that he should give me transport fair and describe their house since the place as been renovated from what he used to be, so my brother explained but couldn't get exactly direction so , I quickly had a warm shower that morning, rubb self care products and quickly dressed after dressing I cut the plantain into bunches and properly arrange in a sack bag and trek to junction where I will board vehicle to their house.

The distance to main road was a little bit far, but since I didn't have excess cash I just had to trek so that the cash at hand can take me to and fro.
When I got to the junction I was sweating profusely because carrying the heavy plantain sack bag with my hands while trekking to the main road.

So I entered tricycle immediately I approach tarred road to Nung udoe junction and I boarded and one to shelter Afrik junction but where I was heading to was Shunamit estate which I need to take a drop down there, but before then have been communicating with them for proper direction and finally I got to Shunamit estate and their house, they gave me warmly welcome as seat was offered to me to relax, so I sat down and they on fan for me to cool down the heat after I sat for sometimes, I told them that I want to power up my phone since I had low battery and light was right before me, knowing that we don't have lights at home I package my charger inside my pocket , so when they asked me are you with your charger I didn't hesitate to say yes and I charged my phone.
So while I was there, the wife was very friendly, we started gisting and I observed that she was trying to bake by creaming butter and sugar,so I watch her doing, although I know how to bake but her own was quite different because she uses electric mixer while I often use manual one, so it was interesting experience.

I left there towards evening time and I branch to say hello to my friend since I pass through the same direction, so I met him in his shop but couldn't spend much time since he was

stepping out to get his online order from jumia a popular marketing company that deals with different kinds of items , so we left together while I entered vehicle to house and I got home around 6 pm in the evening. So, I freshen up and rest for the day.

It was really an adventure full of learning and experience while delivery the gift for the family.
