Keeping the Sabbath Day Holy and Having Faith (17/5/2026)

Hello my wonderful fam, I'm your boy @olixwrite. I welcome you all to this great post of mine and I wish you a happy reading. Today, been Sunday I will be taking us on the importance of the Sabbath Day and keeping it holy with faith as it has been from the very beginning of the earth.

In this fast paced of the society, the concepts of the words Rest and Faith always feel like rational words. From the very beginning of the world, the practice of keeping the Sabbath Day Holy has always served as a strong pillar in the spiritual and Christianity doctrine. Even the Lord Almighty that created the heaven and earth and everything beyond rested on the seventh day which is the Sabbath Day.

Keeping the Sabbath Day Holy is not only about following some certain rules, it is been intentionally believing in the power of the seventh day. It is a dedicated relaxation from the pursuit of work. By keeping aside just a day to move away from from the week labor and relentless, human tends to acknowledge that there is more to life than our daily hustle. This day allows the flow of reflection, seeking peace and trust with the most high and return what truly matters in thanksgiving to the Almighty.

A day practice of rest needs a major stronghold of faith. It takes trust to step back from human day to day responsibilities, human tends to believe everything will always be okay without setting a day aside to relieve from the week bustle and hustle. To keep the Sabbath Day Holy, we have to letting go and surrender our trust that the world will always move on even when we stop. We have to always set the day aside in reconnecting our faith and spiritual well-being to the creator and making a renewal approach ahead of the new week.
