The Diary Game: 6th June, 2026. QUICK DAY, GRAPHIC SESSION WITH MY STUDENT AND A RAINY DAY.
Hello guys, good evening. This is otidi again, and I just want to share how my day went. Today was a quick one.
When I woke up this morning, I took my time and prepared for work. Minutes later, I was already on my way to work with my brother. When we got to the junction where I usually take a bike, we found one immediately and headed straight to work.
When I got to the shop, my student was already there and had cleaned the shop. Since today was Saturday, everything was already in order, so I settled in for a little while.
One good thing about today was that there was electricity even before I got to the shop. Everywhere felt calm, and it made the morning easier.
While I was there, another neighbor shared somethings she was going through. Honestly, it really touched me. I couldn't help but feel for her because what she was experiencing was quite difficult.
After that, I returned to my shop. Before leaving her place, I bought a few items from her. She sells baby products and skincare items. Back at the shop, I had a session with my student, and we continued our graphic design lessons, which is what we are currently working on.
A little after four in the evening, the weather started to change. The sky became dark, and before long, strong winds began blowing everywhere. The whole environment became stormy. Seeing how bad the weather was getting, I told my student, "Let's close and go." So we wrapped up for the day and closed the shop.
Not long after, the rain started. It rained heavily, and on my way home, I had to stop at a shop to take shelter from the rain for a while.
Eventually, the rain eased, and I continued my journey home. By the time I got home, I was tired but grateful for how the day went.
