The Diary Game: A Busy Saturday Of Washing And Cooking (9/5/2026)

Hello My Wonderful Steemit Family! Hope you're all doing well? It's @prosper-1 again, and I want to tell you how my day went.

Today being Saturday, I didn't wake up too early because it's weekend and I'm not going to work. So I slept a bit longer than usual, I woke up seeing the weather so cloudy and windy, I had planned to do some washing and cooking, so I said my morning affirmations and freshened up.

Immediately after freshening up, I packed up my dirty clothes and started washing them, they're not too much, so it didn't take much time to finish, then I sprayed them to dry.

Even though the weather was still not bright, I had to spray it, at least for it to drip water. After washing the clothes, I planned to cook Egusi soup, I had an unpilled Egusi that a friend gave me last week before packing out of my former place, and I decided to pill it, by tomorrow I will use it to make the soup.

Honestly, it's been so long I did this, that should be years back with my grandma in the village then, even when my friend gave it to me, I declined because I thought about the stress of pilling it, but when I started pilling it, I enjoyed it and it brought back sweet memories.

After that, I decided to cook some noodles to quench my hunger because I was already very famished.

After eating it I decided to have a good nap. That was how my day went today. Thanks for Reading through 🌹.
