The Diary Game: Empty Bottles, Surprise Alerts and Moonlight Tales(05-12-2025)

My skincare products and body spray finished today and I couldn't lay my hands on anything to use after bath. I was lost and needed money to restock but had little money in my account to purchase textbooks on Monday so I'll be able to read them in preparation for test before we go on Christmas break. I gathered all the empty bottles Shaked them to get even a drop on my palms but it was of no use as they had finished completely.

While I was still thinking on how to generate money to restock, I got an alert of twenty thousand naira. I just knew it's from no other source than Nelfund, the student loan I applied for some months back because I read in news that disbursement was ongoing and when I checked for the senders details, I saw the above mentioned organization. I was so happy but kept it low key to avoid drawing my parents and siblings attention because I still want to get some tips from them.

I went to a cosmetics told close to my house and bought roll on, went back home and got dressed so I could go to visit my friend's sister who just have birth. Soon, my friend was at my gate and I asked my siblings to open the gate for her while I put on my clothes. She became angry when she saw that I was still dressing up, I explained my condition to her and that calmed her a bit and I finished dressing up and stepped out with her. We took some pictures before heading down to the hospital though we stopped a shopping mall to buy some items for her.

On my way back from the hospital, I decided to pay my make friend a surprise visit. I got to his place unannounced and found him in the kitchen preparing his lunch, I went to the room and relaxed waiting for the meal to be ready. He brought the food to the room where I ate like a glutton and he say watching for some minutes before joining me. One fun fact about me is that I drop my steeze when it comes to food. I finished and had a shower before having my nap.

In the evening, my mom called and asked that I go to the market to buy material for her since she was busy and couldn't go by herself. I went to her customer's stall in the market and bought the material she sent me and returned home where I was engaged to make dinner. I called my sister to join me in the kitchen and bribed her with a promise of letting her watch movie with my phone when we are done cooking which i fulfilled.

I finished making dinner, ate and took my bath. Sat outside telling my neighbor's kids moonlight tales as requested. And I think I should be doing this often to bring back those childhood memyi had while growing up, now I doubt if these kids knows moonlight tales because everyone is busy creating content online. My diary was the last thing I did before going to bed. That's all for today, thanks for riding with me.
