The Diary Game: First Time DJing At An Event ||18-04-2026||

Everyday as a hustler, I think I am very versatile, because tell me, I have always been out here struggling to get things done. I was a DJ at an event today and also a sound engineer. I can multitask as well, you can count me in that. I did an amazing job that even our team leader told me he never knew I could use the DJ software.

While warming up the place, the couple's chamber was being set up and I love the run way, I am not just going to lie. Although it was a very long runway, I believed it was because of the field, a very big and they were making use of every space available. The decorator did a good job, I must say, not all decorators would know this.

I played good songs when the band weren't playing, yes, I didn't even think of so much to do because right from the very first day I was told I was going to DJ, I had already selected good songs to come and have the audience dance themselves out. More than 300 songs were queued and people were feeling the hit already. Premium client like this deserves a premium service.

The groom was brought in with he company of his friends and you could see the aura he commanded and believe me, that's the same aura I just want to carry on my wedding day. He was brought out and the crowd cheered and joined in the dance, trust me with good tunes and dancehall song.

This is actually my first DJing work and honestly, it felt really good to see how I was able to impress those that contacted us. They were so happy. After the event finished, I went to the backyard to ease up myself so that I could come back and eat.

When we finished our work, we packed and the boys were trying to put things back to the boss, I was doing the disconnection. After that, I joined the bus and then we returned back to the house. When I got back to the house, I took my bath and then I dressed to go out so that I can buy dinner and eat.

I went to the restaurant and I bought melon soup and then I bought two wraps of fufu. I sat there and I consumed everything there. After eating, I sat there for a while so that i can gain myself because at the end of the day, I was overfed.

When I got back to the house from there, I just went to bed and with how tired I was, I just climbed couch in the parlour and then I slept off. It was a very hectic day, to be honest.
