Cooking Goat Meat Pepper Soup: A Meal For Cold Weather

In this part of the world were it rains everyday, for one to still feel warm in order not to fall sick or feel cold, one needs something yummy like this my sumptuous goat meat pepper soup. Here's the recipe.

→ goat meat
→ onions
→ ozuza seed
→ oyim eto
→ native spices
→ fresh pepper
→ ginger
→ garlic
→ seasoning cube
→ salt
→ scent leaves

Procedure

I pounded my native spices and set it aside. I pounded my ginger and garlic, washed and pounded my pepper and set it aside.

I proceeded to sliced my onions after washing it.

I washed and seasoned my goat meat with pepper, onions, ginger and garlic, seasoning cube and salt.

I proceeded to washed and cut my scent leaves and set it aside.

I proceeded to steam my meat, allowed to steam, added A little water, stirred, allowed to steam, added the remaining ginger, garlic and pepper.

Covered and allowed to steam. I added the remaining onions, covered, allowed to steam. I added my seasoning cube and salt, confirmed the taste and added my native spices. Covered, allowed to steam and added my scent leaves, stirred and my goat meat pepper soup was ready.
