Craft Making By My Six Years Old Boy Part Two
Hello @everyone happy weekend and Welcome to my blog. Hope you all are doing pretty good. I missed you all in my favourite community. Please stay glued as I share the part two of craft making by my son.
On this day, my son returned from school with a home work of "making a house using cartons". As a parent and guardian, it's my duty to assist him and make sure that it is perfectly done. So I carefully went to the supermarket to get the cartons and other things need ready.
Materials Used
→ Cartons
→ Paper
→ Scissor
→ Gum
→ Ruler
→ Crayon
→ Poster color
→ Needle
→ Thread
Procedure
We carefully took some measurements on how the house will look like and started cutting the cartons into desired shapes respectively.
With the use of gum, thread and needle, we carried out the layout of how the house will look like and placed it on the base.
After layout, all necessary gumming were made and we proceeded to roof the house still with the use of carton but this time, we carefully carved and cut some parts out to ascertain this particular design we have here and we proceeded to paint the zinc with black poster colour, the walls with a blue poster colour then doors and windows with maroon colour.
We proceeded to cut some papers and make a beautiful flower from it, coloured it with green and used it to beautify the house.
We kept the craft overnight so that the painting can dry properly and boom, the house craft was ready.
