Hope everyone had a great day! Today, I want to share my Sunday evening dinner. I headed over to a S11 coffee shop at Ang Mo Kio Central to grab a quick bite. It was about 7:30 PM on a beautiful Sunday evening when I reached the S11 coffee shop. The place was not very crowded, and the bright red "S11生意兴隆" banner made the atmosphere feel very lively.

Walking inside, a bright yellow signboard caught my eye.

It was "King of Pao Fan". The ceiling fans were spinning fast to keep the place cool.

I decided to queue up and try it out. There was a lady in front of me waiting for her order at the collection counter.

They have quite a large variety of Pao Fan on their menu! From classic Seafood and Sliced Fish to fancy Lobster Pao Fan. The prices are not unreasonable for heartland food, starting from $5.90 onwards.

I ordered a bowl of Prawn Paste & Fish Paste Pao Fan. It came hot and steaming with delicious savory soup, some meatballs, and a separate small bowl of crispy egg floss to pour in for that extra crunch. Not forgetting the essential cut red chili in soy sauce for a spicy kick! It was super comforting for a Sunday night.
