BlazeScanner Update: New Supply Tracking API's

in Steem Devlast month

BlazeScanner is a modern Steem block explorer designed to make it easy for Steem users to track accounts, blocks, transactions, applications, witnesses, rankings, worker proposals, and much more — all in one clean interface.

Recently, with the ongoing SBD burn initiative I proposed

I realized how important it was to have better visibility of Steem’s supply metrics.

That thought led me to implement several new updates to BlazeScanner — updates I had long planned but postponed due to my ongoing work on the Steem Virtual Machine (SVM).
(You can read more about SVM here → General Introduction to the Steem Virtual Machine (SVM))

⚙️ What’s New on BlazeScanner?

I’ve added new API endpoints that now track and display real-time blockchain supply data:

📈 Virtual Supply

BlazeScanner Visualization

While the visualization isn’t yet highly distinctive, as more data accumulates — especially with ongoing SBD burns and ecosystem changes — it’ll grow into a valuable analytics tool for both developers and community analysts.

I’ve also updated the Ecosystem Page by adding missing applications, making it a more complete showcase of the vibrant Steem landscape.

I’m continuing to develop the Steem Virtual Machine (SVM) — a project aimed at expanding Steem’s capabilities through EVM as an Autonomous Sidechain.
