A Delicious Home-Cooked Beef Achari Karhai
Good Day Everyone!
Today we enjoyed beef achari karhai which we cooked at home with love and care. Early in the day, I went to the bazar to buy fresh beef and other ingredients. The market was busy, but I selected good quality beef for our meal. After coming home, we started the cooking process by preparing the spices and achari masala.
The beef was cooked slowly so it became soft and full of flavor. The achari taste gave the karhai a spicy and tangy touch which made it very special. The aroma spread all over the house and made everyone hungry. We served the beef achari karhai with hot naan and salad.
Sitting together and enjoying home-cooked food made the moment more pleasant. The taste was delicious and everyone appreciated the effort. It was a satisfying meal and a lovely family time.
