Bug Fix: Solving the "View Full Context" 404 Error on Steemit

Hi Steemians,

I’ve identified and fixed a frustrating bug in the Steemit Condenser. Have you ever clicked "View the full context" only to get a "Page doesn't exist" error? Interestingly, the link works if you paste it directly, and once you do, the button starts working again.

I’ve submitted two Pull Requests to improve the platform:

1. Docker Development Environment

To help more developers contribute to Steemit, I submitted PR #3967. This adds a Docker setup, allowing anyone to spin up a local development environment instantly without manual configuration.

2. "View Full Context" Bug Fix

I also fixed a frustrating bug where clicking "View the full context" would show a "Page doesn't exist" error on the first try. I've submitted the fix in PR #3968 so the button works perfectly every time.
