4 simple steps to forgiveness
Hello friends,
In my last blog, we talked about forgiveness and the why we should forgive those who offended us and not bear grudges as it’s not good for our mental, emotional and physical well being.
I promised us that I was going to show us how the steps we can follow to forgive people who offended us easily and also let go.
Today we are dealing with the four simple steps to follow if you want to easily forgive people. Forgiveness doesn’t mean you must continue to have those people in your lives. It means you are willing to let them go and also set your boundaries.
In a nutshell, they include;
- Acknowledging the hurt
- Decide to forgive
- Empathize and set boundaries
- Let go
