Day 6; What You Need To Know About Buttonhole
Today I want to talk about something interesting, and this is how to talk about this and how to take markings for a shirt. Now the first thing to note about a shirt, which most people don't take into consideration, is the placing of the shirt for both male and female shirts.
For the male shirt the button is usually to the right, and for the female the button is usually to the left. This way it's easy to differentiate between the two genders.
Now for the measurements for the button, which are usually taken from the collar band, the measurement that is used is 3.5, and this way the markings that are 3.5 will be used till the end depending on how long you want your shirt to be.
Things to consider when taking the marking
Length of the shirt
Who is wearing the shirt, i.e., gender
The design of the shirt
In whatever you choose to go with, the goal is to appear smart in whichever you choose.
