Prove yourself as the best artist for the week

Hello steemians

Another wonderful day to begin with, being able to see every day of my life is just so exciting...

Which cartoon or movie series made your childhood fun....everybody have this cartoon, anime, movie series which entices them, making them laugh and feeling happy throughout their childhood.

Though this one's not my favorite, SpongeBob was a cartoon I loved with it comedic features and so on....but as I grew up I began to understand some of the other side of the cartoon that teaches life lesson and also give inspirational words, but though it brightened up my childhood.

So for this contest I would be drawing SpongeBob and as well learn from others piece of art as well....

MATERIALS

Pencil
Eraser
Paper
Sharpener

PROCEDURES

STEP1:

First I started by drawing a large circular object, with another circle in it that would represent it eye, then I drew the cheek which were closed to the eye, which looked like an incomplete circle with three dots on it, then I drew the other eye it the left cheek after that I drew a curved line from the right cheek to the left and another one, out stretched below the first curved line which would represent the mouth....Then I drew the teeth which were just two of it at the top of the mouth, then drew the tongue which looked like a curved line....after that I drew his eye lashes which were just there lines at the top of the eye.

STEP2:

Then I began to draw the structure of the face which looked squared like but with curvy lines on it down to which the mouth stopped.

STEP3:

Then I drew the short sleeves of the cloth he wore which looked like a conical shape, then I drew his arm like long straight line as well as the hand in akimbo position, then his lower body as square as it was, then I drew his tie and everything on the body....then I drew his shorts just like the same shape as the short sleeves then I drew his legs, straight lines and his shoes....

STEP4:

Then I moved over to the face again and drew circles on it to represent the spores on his body just like a sponge, then I colored it as it was in the original...

Didn't take me an hour I had finish my art and coloring to make it realistic😎.

What a wonderful contest this is always glad I could do something on this platform by sharing my talent....
