"Prove yourself as the best artist for the week" ❤️🎊
Greetings ! |
|---|
I am @gondalbiya from Pakistan !
How are you? I hope you are all doing well. I am also good and very thankful for this wonderful chance. I am here to unlock and improve my drawing skills. I drew a drawing of a "Mystic Jellyfloat" and I hope it reaches your expectations. I would also like to give special thanks to @dequeen for organizing this contest so beautifully and providing us with this amazing opportunity to showcase our creativity.
Material Needed : |
|---|
- Lead Pencil
- Eraser
- Sharpener
- Cotton bird
Step 1 |
|---|
Draw a rounded bell shape with scalloped edges. Add a single tentacle extending down, splitting it into two wavy strands near the bottom. Then refine lines and add shading if desired.
Step 2 |
|---|
After that, I drew a line on the other side, making a shape like a jellyfish's crab.
Step 3 |
|---|
After sketching the basic jellyfish, flip the paper and draw the opposite side of the bell, adding mirrored scallops and extending the tentacle’s forked detail to complete the full anatomy. Then sprinkle tiny, sparkling star shapes around the outer edge of the bell to suggest luminous highlights, using light, dotted pencil strokes to give them a shimmering effect. Finish by softening any harsh lines and emphasizing the contrast between the smooth bell and the energetic star accents.
Step 4 |
|---|
The jellyfish drawing is now finished; reinforce all outlines to make the form bold and sharp, enhancing the contrast so the bell, tentacles, and surrounding stars stand out vividly and give the piece a polished, eye catching appearance.
My Final picture |
|---|
The final sketch is a stylized jellyfish with a rounded bell, scalloped top edge, and a single tentacle that splits into two ribbon like strands. Four star circle symbols surround it for sparkle effect.
I took about 30 minutes to complete this drawing from start to finish. I really enjoyed the whole process because it was calm and creative. While drawing the Mystic Jellyfloat, I felt relaxed and happy, and it helped me explore my imagination. I am satisfied with the final result and feel motivated to improve my drawing skills even more in the future.
At last I am inviting @suboohi @drhira @josepha @afzalqamar @ahsansharif @steemchiller for taking part in this contest.
Thank you ! For being with me. |
