Prove Yourself as the Best Artist for this Week
Hello folks, it with great joy that i am making this post of a drawing of the Famous Mr Bean. This drawing was just a random sketch from a reference image of him i saw online, i did some adjustment on my own drawing because i didnt want to draw exactly the reference picture.
I am enrolling this drawing for a famouse contest, organized every week by @dequeen The theme of this contest is to "prove that your are the best Artist for this week".
Mr Bean is a very funny man loved by people all over the world. His real name is Rowan Atkinson. He was born in England. Mr Bean does not talk much, but he makes people laugh with his silly actions and funny face. He acts like a grown man who sometimes behaves like a playful child. He gets into small problems, but he always finds a funny way to fix them.
Mr Bean loves his small brown teddy bear. He also has a small green car that he drives everywhere. Many children enjoy watching him because he does simple and funny things. He may try to cook and make a big mess. He may go to school or church and cause trouble without meaning to. Even when he makes mistakes, people still love him because he is kind and playful.
Mr Bean became famous because his show could make people laugh without using many words. This helped children and adults from many countries enjoy his stories. His funny walk, big eyes, and silly ideas make him special and easy to remember.

Progress work
The first thing i did was to arrange my blank paper, its just like arranging all your tools before starting a work.
This first stage is one of the simplest stage, and it is very important.
At this stage i finished the overral sketch of this work and it now left for shading.
I started adding shade and texture to my work at this stage.

A this poit i was already done with the shading of my subjects face, it was now left to add some touches to his cloth, this work was more of an experimental piece thoug.

This is a very nice drawing. You did a great job capturing Mr Bean’s face and expression. The shading with charcoal looks neat and gives the drawing a realistic feel. I like how you showed the progress from sketch to final work it proves your hard work. Making small changes instead of copying the reference exactly was a good idea.
