Prove yourself as the best Artist of the Week: Drawing of a boy in many colors
Hello folks so i am here again this week with yet another fascinating art work i created today, this work is my entry for the " Prove yourself as the best Artist of the Week" which is organized by @dequeen a very beautiful and loving contest Host. if you are seeing my work for the first time you can check her page to see the contest rule, before the due date.

I titled this piece " Boy in Many colors" as an artist i have been asked several times like, whats is your favorite color? to me i feel that a very hard question to ask a visual artist, most times i usually shy away from such question because if i say i have a fourite color i may not be truth to my self, but yeh dont get me wrong i do like some specific colors but it all depends on my mood or probably where i am going to. but when it comes to colors, i love all colors. i dont see one color as the best because color has a way of piercing through the heart and mind of an individual.
As you can see from my drawing i played around with so many colors, thats because i find it difficult sometimes to be very selective, and then from my sketch you will noticed i played around with all the colors i had on my desk.

Below are my progress work from start to finish, this drawing shows my artistic touches, pencil strokes and art texture. after doing my frame work sketch i started applying my crayon color on the hat of my subject, i started from top to bottom so that i wont mess up my work with my hand, spreading stains of my charcoal pencil and crayon all over my paper.
in this stage i proceeded towards the face proper.

In this stage below i did some background coloring so as to make my drawing pop out.

This work just illustrates the beauty of colors in a particular work. colors have a way of bringing out the best in any thing, and from my drawing i had to beautify my subject, so that he can look really sharp.
