Hello guys how are you all it's been a long time that I was disconnected from the platform but now I am going to start another wonderful journey for my weight loss and this is very exciting and for me this is life changing years specially for my health and in this year I have started to be more heathier life style more active and so I am going to be best slim fit girl in this year.

In this diet plan I am trying to keep a very moderation in carbohydrate and fat but I am going to take good amount of protein like if you are weight is 70 kilogram so you need to take about 70 gram protein everyday so for me actually protein in my previous year I was not taking a good amount of protein I was mainly on carbohydrate and fat but this year I am mainly focusing of taking good amount of protein.

Just look at my breakfast in this a breakfast I am going to take 3 eggs with a cup of tea 3 eggs is equal to around 21 gram of protein so in this way I am trying to keep the balance amount of protein with carbohydrate and fat. I have not as keep totally the carbohydrate content because I think I am a big fond and lover of the carbohydrates so when I try to cut down all the carbohydrate at the end I will take more amount of carbohydrate which is not good for me.

This is mix vaggies including protein fiber content and I am taking whole meal and the picture first type hosted is my now picture which is you know I have put on so much maid and now I am consistently around last 2 months working on my health.
