The diary game -better life - weight loss series

Assalamu alaikum sunny day to everyone today's weather is really amazing and just look at the picture when we are in the hospital this was like in previous days that there is no day even day time because of the smog and fog so much now weather is started changing because of the days clear and I was also thinking in last few days that this winter was the most coldest ever I have seen in Pakistan.

This is some of the picture we capture when we are in the hospital and the days sunny outside of the hospital and usually I don't take picture at hospital because of the weather and that we are all that time closing the door and the room and just look after the patients and checking the patient.

These are some of the favourite snacks that we can have at hospital and these are rich of vitamin c and the iron 🧇 🧇 🧇 I really wish to have such healthy snacks previously when we were in the tertiary care so we don't have such as facilities but now we are doing the basic health unit at The villages so we are lucky to have the pure food pure fruits and the milk and everything is looking so ambitious.

These are some of the healthy snacks option for anyone who is outside of the home and who is not able to make anything at home so I think these are the great option must have snacks.
