My wife's handiwork: Beautiful pants made for my daughter from scraps

Assalamu Alaikum friends. Today I am sharing with you a beautiful experience of my wife's handiwork. She is quite skilled in sewing and can make beautiful things from various scraps of cloth at home. This time she made a pair of half pants for our little girl from pieces of black and green cloth. Below I am showing you each step of her work with pictures.

Initially, pieces of green and black cotton cloth are selected to make the pants. These pieces were saved after making a big dress earlier.

To sew the entire pants, she used our old butterfly machine. This is a very old sewing machine in our family that still works very well.

First, the green cloth is folded nicely and sewn on the machine. This green part will be used as the border or design of the pants.

After the border of the green cloth is made, it is joined to the main black cloth. Great care is taken while sewing so that the finishing is good.

Slowly the shape of the pants starts to come. The middle parts of the black cloth and the parts towards the waist are sewn very firmly.

After the sewing work is completed, elastic is attached to the waist part. This will make the pants very comfortable for the girl to wear. When the pants were completely made, we were all very happy to see its color and finishing.

When the pants were finally put on our daughter, she looked so beautiful. I would not have understood that it is possible to make such a beautiful dress with just a few pieces of fabric from home if I had not seen this work of my wife.
