On my way to the village. I saw a scene that made me stop for a while. It was a seemingly simple scene. The two streams, a bridge and the quiet presence of trees around but the more I looked at it. The more I realized that within this simplicity lay a strange depth. They were two twin rivers flowing side by side. There is a different from each other in their style and speed.

The water in a canal was low. Its flow was dull. If it were tired or as if there was a silence within it. The other stream flowed along with it in full flow, as if it had to reach its destination in a hurry. If there was a distinct rush of life within it. It felt strange to see them together. Like two different chapters of the same story unfolding at the same time.

I stood there looking at these two canals. The wind was blowing softly. The branches of the trees were whispering. The sound of the water was making a soft music. It was as if nature itself wanted to say something but without words. There was a peace in this silence, a stillness. It is perhaps lost somewhere in the fast paced life of the city.

The trees standing on the banks of the canals looked as if they had witnessed this scene for years. They must have seen these canals in all seasons. Sometimes full of water, sometimes dry, sometimes calm, sometimes stormy. The roots of these trees were firmly planted in the ground. If they were teaching us that no matter what the circumstances. It is important to keep our foundation strong.

The bridge that was built over these two canals was very meaningful even in its simplicity. From this the trains is passing with the passengers. It was a means of crossing canals, but also a symbol of connecting, bridging distances and moving from one side to the other. There are many such bridges in life, which take us from one state to another, from one thought to another.

Seeing these canals reminded me of many moments of my life. There were times when everything seemed slow, as if life had stopped. And there were days when everything was changing so fast, when everything felt out of hand. But looking at these canals today, one thing is clear whether the speed is slow or high, the real thing is the flow. To stop is the real stop and to flow is life.

There was a beauty even in the stillness of a canal. It was flowing. Although the low water. As if to suggest that having fewer resources does not mean stopping. And there was a lesson in the rush of the second canal that when opportunities arise, one should go with full force. Both were complete in their own way. Both were necessary in their place.

In this scene the colors were also telling a different story. Green trees, muddy water and red flowers peeking here and there. All these combined to create a picture that was soothing to the eyes. It was the beauty that exists in the simple form of nature away from texture.

I tried to capture the moment on camera but heart knew that some things just don't come in pictures. There are some feelings that can only be felt, not described. This scene was one of those simple, silent, yet touching.

Village paths, such landscapes and this simplicity of nature brings one back to oneself. There is no noise, no rush, just a calmness that slowly descends into the heart. These are the moments that remind us that life is not just about running, but also about stopping and feeling.

This picture is not just a photo for me, but a feeling, a thought, a memory. It reminds me that consistency is more important than speed in life. Whether we move fast or slow, the point is that we don't stop.

In the end I will just say that if you ever feel that life is too fast or too slow, just stop and look at a stream, a tree, or a quiet place. Perhaps you will find answers to your questions there, as I found them today on the banks of these twin canals.

Because sometimes, nature teaches everything that we cannot learn in books

MashAllah ✨

Your post is truly heart touching
The way you observed and expressed this beautiful scene of nature is very deep and meaningful. The two streams flowing at different speeds beautifully reflect the reality of life that it’s not about speed, but about continuing to move forward.

Reading about the trees, the breeze, and the sound of water made it feel as if I was standing there watching the same view Your writing is not only beautiful but also carries a powerful lesson that reaches the heart.

May Allah bless you with more ability to write so beautifully and share such touching moments 🤲

Keep shining dear 💖
