Preserved ripe delicious plum fruit

Hello friends, how are you? I hope you are doing well. Today I have come to you with a small post. While I was walking along the road, I saw different types of fruits on the sidewalk. They sell different fruits on the sidewalk from morning to night. So here I saw plum fruits out of season today. This fruit is very delicious to eat, where it is possible to eat fresh plum fruits in season at any time.
Usually, I meant if you have a plum tree at your house, then from the time it is picked on the tree to the time it is ripe, it takes about three to five months for the plum fruit to ripen. So here, currently, we are preserving that plum fruit in different places and selling it in different ways. Even though it is not the season for plums now, you can go to any market and buy such preserved plums.
Usually, we get fresh ripe plum fruits in the market from January to April at the beginning of the year and those who have plum trees. But currently, the plum trees have flowers. Comparatively, since it is not the season for big fruits at the moment, the price of this preserved plum is much higher in the market. So I have highlighted the story of this picture, that is, the ripe plum fruit.
Currently, I have seen in different places that when I have the opportunity to travel by bus, I think almost everyone sees different hawkers who come into the bus with different types of food to sell. They also constantly buy this preserved plum from those hawkers. If you add beet salt to this plum fruit, it is very delicious to eat. I have tried it.
