What Makes Relationship Work And Last
My fellow steemians and members of steem fashion&style community I am here to educate you on something you may not be familiar with. This time it's about what literally makes romantic relationship last. It's about how some people reason when it comes to relationship and how their mindset might be wrong. Just read through and learn from me instead of learning it the hard way.
Let's dive in.
The greatest source of human joy and pain is relationship. it's a paradox.
And marriage has been the most common context for joy and pains.
The success of relationship has nothing to do with being spiritual or religious.
Love has little or nothing to do with the success of your relationship.
I know you may ask "What then?"
I will give you an answer that is nothing but the truth.
Here is my recommendation for strong relationship foundation.
The answer is knowledge.
The success of every relationship is depending on knowledge. knowing how to relate instead of just feeling something.
knowledge is what you know while love is how you feel and your feelings has nothing to do with the success of relationship.
In the Christiandom it's stated in the book of Proverbs 24:3 by wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established, and through knowledge it rooms are filled with rare and precious treasure.
knowledge: Is information.
understanding: Is comprehension.
wisdom: Is application of comprehend information.
So if you go by this revelation then your relationship will be stronger than those who depends on prayers and love.
Knowledge Is everything. That's why we go to school to have a successful career or job. Same should be applicable to relationship.
This should not be a mystery to you. Do you remember king Solomon in the Bible? Do you recall what he asked for when God asked him to make a request on what he desires to have?
Yeah you are right! You guess is correct, it was wisdom.
You know with wisdom anything is achievable. With knowledge men travelled to the moon. With knowledge you can do and get whatever you want. Yes! It was through wisdom that King Solomon became the richest man of his generation.
Now every time you seek knowledge towards a particular thing you automatically get smarter.
Try and cultivate the habit of educating and developing yourself on relationship. There's no magic in Knowing than learning, understanding and applying.
In summary It's so true that we shouldn't invest in education and career development, but often neglect our relationships. We shouldn't expect love to magically make everything work, that's not how it goes. Relationships require effort, commitment, and knowledge.
King Solomon's story is a great example. He asked for wisdom, and God gave him not only wealth and riches but also a deep understanding of human nature.
I couldn't agree more that cultivating the habit of educating oneself on relationships is key. It's time to take responsibility for our relationships and invest in learning, growing, and applying the principles of successful relationships.
To add more value, I'd like to emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence in relationships. Being able to understand and manage one's own emotions, as well as empathize with others, is crucial for building strong, lasting connections.
Thanks for going through my post and blog as well. stay tuned, more advices on relationship and life matters are coming. I remain Tempest Art.
Happy steeming friends💙

I couldn't agree more with you. Effective communication is the backbone of every relationship. When we feel understood, try to control our emotions and discern the emotions of others then relationships thrive!
You know I can't know everything about relationships. I'm just saying it from what I learnt from pastor Myles Munroe.
You might be right and I'm ready to learn from you as a good teacher, perhaps this will help me expand my intellectual horizon.
Thanks
