Assalamu Alaikum,
This morning, my father called me and asked me to go home quickly on the morning bus. I still hadn't gotten out of bed, there was a lot of fog outside. I thought it was a bit unsafe to travel in this fog in the morning, so I waited for some more time. I woke up, ate breakfast, and packed clothes in my bag so that I would stay at home for two days. In the morning, our uncle came and saw that I was going home, so he fried the rice for me with yellow chili and a fried egg. I ate this breakfast in the morning and left to go home to the village.
I didn't have any change so I had to walk to the terminal. As soon as I left, I saw that it was time for a bus to leave for Panchagarh. I quickly bought a ticket and boarded the bus and this bus reached my destination on time today. I slept the whole way in the bus. I got off the bus, bought some fruits, took a rickshaw and started for home and reached home at 11.30 in the morning.
After reaching home, I met my parents and changed my clothes. They asked me to come home to help them thresh our rice. I went behind the house and saw the rice threshing going on. The workers were working to guide them and I also had to work with them today. Before I started work, I was given a chance to see the land being irrigated to make rice seeds in our land and to check if the water pump was running. I came back after seeing both and got to work.
I started bringing the sacks of rice after giving the worker who was bringing the sacks of rice home a rest since morning. After I started work, it was lunch time within an hour, so I took a break from work and those who were giving hay bales are also coming down from the bales. The workers have been arranged to eat at our house today because after eating, we will start threshing again soon. After the lunch break, we started again and we have finished threshing one bale of rice. We took a broom and fanned the rice that fell down from the bales and put it in all the machines and we are setting up the machines for the second bale.
The straw pile is slowly rising. It was a bit difficult to lift the straw directly with the machine, so we have attached a 10-foot tin at the mouth of the threshing machine so that the straw can rise higher and directly give the straw pile. This will require a little less labor. We are working on threshing until the evening. Today, our threshing will not be finished, it will take another day, so we stopped working in the evening and finished the threshing work like today. The paddy will remain in the yard today. Tomorrow, when the threshing is finished, it will be sold from here.
I soak our seed rice in water in the evening for the next season. We germinate them at home and then sprinkle them in mud as seeds in the seedbed. I first cut the rice packet and put it in a big pot and then soak the whole rice in that pot with water for 36 to 48 hours and then put it in a small pot and let it sprout quickly. I finished work and took a bath. I was feeling a bit cold after taking a bath in the evening. Later, my mother gave me a cup of tea which warmed me up a bit.

I went to the market in the evening and at our pesticide shop at present all the farmers are buying paddy seeds and maize seeds. I came home from there and I was watching the cricket match between India and South Africa on my mobile. India gave a big target South Africa chased that target today I enjoyed the game and went to sleep quickly with a tired body.
