The special thing about this terminal is that its ticket counter is made separately. A separate counter has been made for each city. Separate counters have been selected here based on the route the bus travels. If you are going from Lahore to Multan, then you get to see a separate counter. Similarly, if you want to go from Lahore to Islamabad, then there is a separate counter for that. All the counters are based on the route. Some roads are via motorways, some are on the GT Road, so separate counters have been made based on that.

A specific purpose of creating a separate ticket counter is that you will not see much rush here. All the people stand in a line and get tickets from here easily, which is not the case in Baghdad, where everyone gets tickets easily. Furthermore, a ticket price list is also posted outside this ticket counter.

Since I belong to Sahiwal, I came here for a visit to Lahore, so I also bought a ticket from the same ticket center that will take us from Lahore to Sahiwal. On the top of your ticket, your bus number, the seat number, the total number you have booked, and the time at which the bus will leave from here and the time it will reach there, all the details are written on the top of this ticket.

The yard of this terminal is very open, where you can see nine to 10 buses parked at a time. A separate track has been made for each bus. They have made tracks from one to 10. According to each route, the bus is parked in this track. The same track is also written on our ticket. We get to know on which track number our respective bus is parked, which is also a convenience provided.

The waiting hall is also open and spacious, in which beautiful chairs have been installed, and AC has been arranged, which provides cooling in the heat. Separate seating has been made for ladies and gentlemen. Similarly, separate seating for business and standard class will also be made.

On the opposite side of the ticket counter, you will see the cargo room from where you can collect all the information. If you have to receive a parcel or send a parcel, you have to submit it here. You will be told the rate according to your parcel, and you have to pay accordingly, and your parcel will reach the other city safely.

Furthermore, their home delivery of cargo is also available, but it is available in a few cities, such as Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Multan, Sahiwal, and some other cities where home delivery is also available. Your parcel is delivered to your home safely and securely.

This terminal of Faisal Mover is the main terminal of Lahore, which is very big, so some boards have been installed in the middle of it, which represent all the things of this terminal. By looking at these boards, you can understand which way you have to go to the washroom, i.e, to go to the ticket counter, and similarly, to go to the customer, or to go to the waiting hall. For this, a mart has been built here. From here, you can buy all kinds of snacks, biscuits, juices, cold drinks, etc. Their prices are relatively high, but you get to see this facility inside this terminal. In my opinion, this is very good because families also have children who are stubborn about eating, so you can shop from here.
