This morning I woke up a little early as routine the first thing I did was head to the masjid e aqsa to offer namaz. The cool morning breeze and mild sun were giving me a feeling of freshness. While returning from the masjid i seen a pile of garbage lying on the road. An uncle was cleaning garbage there, and seeing his hard work I thought that I should also help. I helped him without thinking and within a short time the path was cleared and the experience was very relaxing for me because even small actions can make a big difference to society and the environment.

After that I came home, took bath and immediately left for hospital duty. After reaching the hospital I took my rounds and met all the patients inquired about his well-being and inquired about his health. Today was a bit busy so I skipped my usual lunch and just ate fresh fruits. These fruits kept my energy up and I felt active throughout the day.

In the afternoon I had to go to the operation theatre. The atmosphere there is always serious and full of responsibility. Today I tested the discardable part of the OPA solution. With the help of Nutrilizer, the correct method of discarding OPA solution was adopted. This process is very important for the environment, because improperly discarding OPA can pollute the surrounding space and water. I did this test with great care and understanding, so that all the rules were followed. During this time I also paid attention to the use of OPA solution and its possible hazards. This experience helps me understand how important it is to keep in mind both safety and the environment in a hospital.

The whole day was full of busy and learning. The small help in the morning, meeting the patients, and the process of OPA solution — all this made me realize that responsibility is not limited only to our work, but we should also be conscious towards the society and the environment. Today was not just a duty experience for me, but also an opportunity to learn and improve myself.
