Delicious Mashed eggplant Recipe

Ingredients for My Recipe

Eggplant	1 piece
Garlic	5-6 piece
Salt	Adjust to test
Oil	As needed
Chilli	4 piece
Onion	Half piece slice

Explanation of My Recipe

The name of the recipe is mashed eggplant (Begun Bhorta). It is very simple but tastes amazing to me. Whenever I don’t feel like eating anything, I prepare this bhorta and eat it with rice. So, without any delay, let’s get started,

🔹Step I

First, I take a medium-sized eggplant. Then I wash it thoroughly with clean water. After that, I slice the eggplant into thin pieces using a knife.

🔹Step II

I place a frying pan on the stove. Once the pan is heated, I add a suitable amount of oil.

🔹Step III

Then I add a small amount of salt to the pan. I put the sliced eggplants into the hot oil.

🔹Step IV

After that, I cover it with a lid so that it cooks properly. After a while, I remove the lid and flip the pieces. I continue flipping and stirring them several times. Within a short time, they become well-cooked.

🔹Step V

Then I take them out into a bowl. Now I fry four chilies and a few pieces of garlic in oil. After that, I fry a small amount of chopped onions.

🔹Step VI

Then I mash the onions, chilies, and garlic together by hand. I mix the mashed mixture with the eggplants. I check whether the salt is adjusted properly.

My mashed eggplant (Begun Bhorta) is ready. Now I serve it for eating. You can also try making this recipe at home.
