Hello Steemians! Hope you all are doing well. Today, I am going to share a vegetable item recipe with you all.Let’s get started!

Explanation of My Recipe

Today I will share a very simple vegetable recipe with you. The name of today’s recipe is Snake Gourd (Kaitha Bhaji). So, let’s get started,


🔹Step I

First, I took a medium-sized kaitha. Then I peeled off the outer skin with the help of a knife. After that, I sliced it thinly.

Next, I took an appropriate amount of garlic and made a paste. Then I finely chopped some onions.

Then I took several green chilies and chopped them as well. Now I placed a pan on the stove, added oil, and put in the chopped onions and chilies. Along with that, I added the garlic paste.

Then I added salt and turmeric powder according to taste. I stirred everything well with a spatula. When they turned slightly brown, I added a beaten egg into it.

After frying for a whileitha and mixed everything well by turning it over with the spatula. Then I covered the pan with a lid.

After some time, I removed the lid and stirred it again. I continued cooking and stirring a few times until everything was well cooked and fried. Once done, I served it in a bowl for eating.
