Care For Your Mind! | Reality Check
Human instinct naturally follows through survival path and it is common for all.
We at times suffer from unusual actions and that they are borne from the depth of the problems. Unlocking the true spirits make us to be a worthy human being. It takes more of revival and learning and bearing up experience, then applying the experience in practical fields which matters the most.
Lets be a bit practical to what I would like to mean here.
I hope you would be ensuring that you as a reader of the blog have a full attention here on this matter. Without the attention no such context is fully understood.
The Truth is, the society is a much more complex system, quite few days ago I mentioned earlier that how it could drain a man's character and constrict the people's capacity to live freely. Due to urgent reason, or for the necessity of living, people do move out to different places. In society there are some of the places which even would take out all of your energy and the good qualities you have, that is a bad sign.
It is a known context that, if you dont have a sound mind, you would naturally be succumbed to a much wider horizon of mental problem. There are a few less options for the people to get the services and medications when mental problems hit, but if we lack those resources we oursleves could take help and help ourselves build our own habit.
In mental health, thinking out of the case of what medical science deals with - we should focus on the common problem, perhaps the most popular problem - that is suicidal tendency or even mental trauma that could kill people many times inside.
More than 70% of the suicidal death cases are recorded due to the "low mental health" conditions, that their internal strength is broken and an individual have a far less options to combat aginst such ills. Life is barren if you are out of your track and then are to suffer from trauma caused by an accidental terms and events which took place in any of the past days time.
Very recently I have seen a young lady who are reading in a university commited a suicide and leaving her husband and two little children leaving in a family . The doctor's and the physicians consisting of the medical authority filed the death report and associated investigators searched out for the reasons of her death.
But media and newscasters have found different info too. That is much different from what medical authorities and criminal investigators were to say. Looking deeply as to familial life, her social life and the different burdens that she faced,it became easy to find out that she suffered from a chronic mental illness.
That developed over the year's of time.
Now, if you see that when you are disturbed due to having such instances in life, you should try to raise enough efforts to move out from them. It would take even a weeks or months time, but do try to set different mental gears.
What problems you are get going should not let you to feel like that you are alone. Seclusion is the most embarrassing thing that could happen to you and you must try to get out of this anyway.
I hope you have a peaceful day.

Brother Asif, your analytical piece on mental health is crucial for current times. Often, we prioritize physical illness but overlook mental trauma or loneliness, which poses a significant risk to life. Your real-life example is truly heartbreaking—the advice to overcome seclusion and stay connected with others is very effective.
Thats why we need to take care of our mental health. Our life could sometimes take adverse turn and we should be there to let things normalize too.
Thanks a lot for the comment.
