Sporting Success Depends On A Structured Plan

They say, cricket is the game which must be played with the skills and expertsise, but I do say its not just the sum of all of that which I stated above.

Rather you have to look and dig deep to the "soft skills and brain" to let it work out during you perfect your plan for the contest.

Just as the way, international cricket is just the display of talent and wisdom with the witty minds to let the match conditions favour in your side. The rest is the magic of patience and relying on experience and the talents put in place.

I was looking at the past few results and match statistics, the 1on1 competitions and the bilateral series that Bangladesh won out and in that time I wasn’t really happy to look at the numbers. It was the time when the tigers had a bunch of young and promising bowlers, all rounders and batters who just had not more than 20-30 international match playing experiences.

But they really could be sufficient to help the team win and let the spectators think of the winning mindset and a swinging expectations that the team could test even the superpower's skills and capabilities. Things turned out okay, but I would rather gets frustrated to see that, the projected growth which was and then the reality of the matter of team performance really dropped to a greater degree.

Even though tough times was get going and then, chances were far less to win but Bangladesh secured to held their position higher. I look at the present days and in the last competition between Bangladesh VS Pakistan, Bangladesh played well and they retained Pakistan to be in their limit and not many countries could do so what my observations tell of. Its really sad to say, Pakistan couldn’t perform as per their expectations and resulted in losing.

Now, losing isnt a big deal and a matter to be disheartened. Yet, we must be prepared for how to control our way of success and Bangladesh at one side was successful to manipulate that. The match which they won it was due to the fact that, Bangladesh improved in the sector of bowling and that was because of new coach has appointed and their tactics also have been changed.

When people talk about what would be a good playing XI, I think of that those who are the good players, they really aren’t those who perform well, but those who are promising. Sometimes it gets easy to win beforehand even if when match hasn’t been played. Its by dint of selecting the best pair of playing eleven with the opponent batters suffer the most.

I thought of selecting 2 frontline seamers and it looked like Nahid Rana and Mustafizur could be a perfect package and it was seen a befitting pair. Also it was a good thing and in the result, as an outcome Bangladesh won the first match too. I think we must learn from that tactics when its upto a tactical maneuver, nothing else.

At last, I would like to congratulate Bangladesh team for the first match win and the rest of the match would be also pivotal to secure a series win. I hope the good performance will be continued till the very end of the series. Again, Pakistan has a way out to win from that period. All depends on performance, I hope.

Thanks for reading.

But, anyway - I would like to post for the single time here on this platform.
