Assalamu Alaikum and Eid Mubarak to steemit friend! By the infinite mercy of the Almighty, we celebrated another holy Eid-ul-Fitr. Although the Eid was supposed to be celebrated at our village home, we had to cover up for a special reason. So my mind was a little sad. My Eid day started very early in the morning. I woke up, refreshed myself, offered Fajr prayer, then finished my bath and got ready for the main Eid congregation. One of the special things I liked about today was my new Eid Punjabi. It was gifted to me by my dear friend Al Amin. The Punjabi is from the Sailor brand, which was size: M, which I liked very much after wearing, Alhamdulillah.
N.B: Many Steemit friends have given me the idea why I shared the size of the Punjabi, yes, it is true. If you want to gift me in the future, I have given the size.

Traditional Semai

Following the Sunnah of the Prophet, I had a sweet snack with semai before going to the Eid congregation. This softness of the Eid morning was making my heart feel good. I took a selfie while wearing a Punjabi, then completed the Eid congregation at 7:30 am. Performing Eid prayers together with everyone in an open field amidst big buildings is always a unique experience. Although two Eid congregations were completed near my house, one at 7:30 am and the other at 8:30 am at the Baitun Noor Jame Mosque in Sector No. 11. The reward is greater if you complete the Eid congregation in an open field, so I went to the field. It looked very beautiful in the cloudy sky.

Alhamdulillah, for the sake of Allah, I have completed 30 days of fasting and enjoyed bread, egg omelette and meat stew for my first breakfast.
Special Note: My deepest condolences to those who were unable to enjoy Eid with their families due to illness or responsibilities, such a Doctors, nurses, security guards,police, army daily wage workers, underprivileged people and expatriates etc.
