I invite all my Steemit friends to the third week of the Steemit Challenge competition.I hope all my friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the infinite mercy of Allah, I am also well. Today I will share my entry in the "SLC28-W3 // "Chicken Corn Soup" competition. Through the competition, we will learn the techniques of making delicious and healthy soups. In the third week of the competition, we will explore the taste of Chicken Corn Soup. Many thanks to @uzma4882 mam for organizing a great season.
🍲 Make an in detail step by step recipe of Chicken Corn Soup
Ingredients

| Corn | 1 cup |
| Eggs | 2 pcs |
| Soya sauce | 1 tsp |
| Vinegar | 1 tsp |
| Chilli Sauce | 1 tsp |
| Salt | ½ tsp |
| Black Pepper | ½ tsp |
| White pepper | ½ tsp |
| Garlic | 1 pcs |
| Paprika powder | ½ tsp |
| Corn flakes / corn flour | 3tsp |
| Water | 5 cups |
Making Process
Step 1:
I used bone chicken to make chicken corn soup. I soaked the chicken in vinegar water for 5 minutes, then washed it in clean water.

Step 2:
I added 5 glasses of water to the pressure cooker, then added the chicken and corn to the water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 clove of garlic, and cooked it well for 10 minutes.

Step 3:
The chicken and corn are cooked well, now I removed the meat from the chicken bones with a slotted spoon. I cut the meat into small pieces with the help of a fork. Since I used popped corn kernels, there is no problem in removing the corn. All the ingredients are ready to make chicken corn soup.

Step 4:
Now I put a pan on the stove, heated 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and fried the shredded chicken. Frying the chicken in light oil makes it tastier and healthier. I also added soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and mixed everything well. When everything was mixed well, I added the chicken stock.

Step 5:
I added the boiled chicken stock, now I added the boiled corn. Then I cooked for 10 minutes, at this point I beat an egg and pour it into the soup pan, stirring constantly, until it forms a thin ribbon.

Step 6:
At this stage, to thicken the soup, I will add cornflour to half a cup of water according to the texture and thickness of the soup. Then I will mix the cornflour well with the water and add it to the cooking soup. Then I cooked it for another 10 minutes until the original color and thickness of the soup is obtained. At the end of cooking, I sprinkled black pepper powder. Now the chicken corn soup is ready to serve.

Now I served hot chicken corn soup in a soup bowl. It is as delicious to eat as it is rich in nutrients.

🍲 what challenges do you face during making the soup and in list the prices of each ingredients in your local currency and steem.
I did not face any challenges while making the soup. Finding corn in season locally for making corn soup was a bit challenging. Apart from that, I did not face any challenges while making the soup. Our teacher presented each step of making corn chicken soup in a simple manner in the class. I followed her recipe. I listed the price of each ingredient in my local currency and in Steem price.

🍲 What healthy nutrients are found in chicken corn Soup and what is your personal experience of having a warmth and healthy chicken corn soup bowl in cozy and cold winter
Chicken corn soup is one of those easy, comforting meals that packs a punch of nutrition in every spoonful. The protein in chicken helps in muscle growth and repair. It keeps you full for a long time and helps in the production of antibodies in the body and boosts immunity. Corn contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B complex. Vitamin A is good for the eyes and Vitamin C boosts immunity. Vitamin B complex provides energy to the body and improves mood. It also contains minerals, antioxidants, carbohydrates that are very effective for the body. When chicken corn soup is made without additional oil, it becomes a light, easily digestible soup for all ages.
My experience with healthy chicken corn soup on a cozy cold winter evening:
On a cold winter evening when the wind is gentle outside, the sky is a little foggy, then a bowl of hot chicken corn soup gives a feeling of embrace from within. The first spoonful of warm flavor of soup slightly thick, soft corn grains, soft pieces of chicken meat will come to life as soon as you hit your mouth. The aroma of hot soup, ginger and pepper instantly provides comfort. When I eat hot soup, it gives me warmth, tranquility, a sense of home and a treasure trove of nutrients. It is not just a food, it is a kind of warm feeling. A bowl of hot chicken corn soup will make you feel satisfied, healthy with every sip.
